Who we are

Togha na Gaeilge is Máire Uí Chonghaile’s Irish language school, run by Máire as a sole trader from Inis Meáin, County Galway.

What this site collects

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking or advertising. The class time converter remembers the city you pick on your own device only.

When you get in touch

If you message Máire on WhatsApp, use the form or ring her, she uses your name, number and what you tell her only to answer you and arrange classes. WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy. Máire keeps your details while you take classes and for up to a year after.

The student room

Each class room is protected by a class password. The rooms hold class files only, no names, emails or accounts.

Server logs

Hostinger, which hosts this site, keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page asked for) for a short time, to keep the site secure.

Your rights

You can ask Máire to see, correct or delete what she holds about you. If you’re unhappy with how your details are handled, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
