Faoi MháireAbout Máire

Máire has taught Irish for many years and lives on Inis Meáin.

Dún Chonchúir, Inis Meáin

Máire Uí Chonghaile

Irish teacher, Inis Meáin

Her classes on Zoom are for adults wherever they live: complete beginners, people coming back to their school Irish and fluent speakers, with TEG and Leaving Cert classes too.

Inis Meáin is the middle of the three Aran Islands and part of the Gaeltacht. Every June Máire brings learners there for a week of Irish.

Máire’s own words go here: where she learned her Irish, how long she has taught, and what a class with her is like.
